Today we're announcing that Safeguard is available as a connector in Claude. If your team runs Claude Enterprise or Claude Platform, you can now enable Safeguard directly from the connectors directory on anthropic.com and bring continuous AI compliance monitoring to your Claude usage in minutes.
This integration is built on Claude's Compliance API, and it does one thing exceptionally well: it gives security and compliance teams continuous, audit-ready visibility into how Claude is used across the organization — without ever touching the content of conversations.
The Problem: AI Adoption Is Outrunning Governance
Claude is now part of how enterprises write, research, analyze, and build. That's a good thing. But for the people responsible for security and compliance, fast adoption creates a familiar gap: usage grows faster than the controls around it. Teams are left asking questions they can't easily answer — who is using Claude, how often, from where, and is any of it outside policy?
Historically, answering those questions meant manual log exports, spreadsheets, and point-in-time reviews that were stale the moment they were finished. Continuous AI governance needs a continuous feed of evidence, not a quarterly snapshot.
